One of our favorite ways to prepare Hibiscus is by steeping it in cold water overnight in the fridge. After 8-12 hours, simply pour over a filter and you have yourself a refreshing cold-brew Hibiscus that is rich in flavor. Drink it straight or stir in a teaspoon of honey water for a sweet and tangy treat!
