Ever really wanted to taste the bold, rich taste of coffee, but didn’t want to get the jitters? We’ve even noticed that most decaf coffees still sometimes gave us that unsettled feeling we get from regular coffee. So we went on a mission to create a coffee-free blend that re-created that oh-so-cozy taste of a full-bodied coffee with a bit of a darker roast character. We used organic roasted herbs and a bit of roasted cocoa husk along with dried tart cherry pieces. We were in pursuit of a certain flavor profile, one reminiscent of a full-bodied Kenyan coffee. We think we achieved it with Herald’s Can’t Believe It’s Not Coffee blend! It is rich, dark, and chocolatey, and finishes with a hint of tangy, red fruit notes. This brew will get you through many a stormy seas and dark nights. Cheers.
